FAQS

Below you'll find some frequently asked questions for terms and conditions please see here.

What materials do you use?

During our time as Frose Studio primarily our jewellery has been made up of raw brass, stainless steel and polymer clay.

As of the launch of Primrose Path all of our jewellery is comprised of ultra-lightweight polymer clay and gold plated findings. The earrings each have gold plated nickel-free ear posts for your comfort. The gold plated components are all carefully sealed with micro-crystalline wax polish to maintain shine and hold off tarnishing.

How do I clean my earrings?

Do not use abrasive cleaning agents on your gold plated components.  We recommend a soft cleaning cloth to gently wipe away any marks on the metal. For stains on clay, use a bamboo Q-tip dipped in a sparse amount of acetone and gently rub the stain away. Please see HERE for our full care instructions.

There was a piece I really wanted but it's sold out, will you be making more?

We release two different types of collection-

Signature styles: These are restocked in small batches on the last Saturday of every month. See HERE

Limited Edition: Not easily recreated unfortunately once these have sold out they won't be coming back. For last chance pieces see HERE
